Hello, I’m Sue Durham.
Whether you’ve just welcomed a new puppy into your family or you’d like help with an older dog, you’ve come to the right place.
For over 40 years I’ve enjoyed training dogs, and for more than 20 years I’ve been helping owners throughout Oxford, Abingdon and the surrounding areas build happy, confident relationships with their dogs through kind, reward-based training.
At Goody 4 Paws, I believe training should be enjoyable for both you and your dog. My aim is not simply to teach dogs to obey commands, but to help owners understand their dogs, build confidence, and enjoy living with them every day.
My classes are friendly, relaxed and deliberately kept small, giving every owner individual guidance and support throughout each session. Whether you’re attending my puppy course or dog training classes, you’ll receive practical instruction, plenty of encouragement and comprehensive weekly handouts to help you continue your training confidently at home.
If you’d prefer individual help, I also offer one-to-one training at your home or another suitable location. These sessions are tailored specifically to you and your dog, whether you’re laying the foundations with a new puppy or working through training challenges with an older dog.
Over the years I’ve been fortunate to help hundreds of owners and their dogs, and nothing gives me greater pleasure than seeing dogs and their families learning together, growing in confidence, and enjoying life together.
